At the heart of the south Wight coastline lays the small unspoiled village of Brook, home to Brook Farmhouse Cottages. Once the original stable block for Brook Farmhouse, it has undergone sympathetic renovation to provide large and luxurious self-catering accommodation. With the best of both worlds, you are in the heart of the countryside amidst nature and wildlife, yet also only 2 minutes from the stunning Brook Beach.

A former farm cottage, National Trust-owned Wydcombe Cottage, is located in a picturesque and peaceful valley surrounded by fields and near to the villages of Whitwell and Niton in the south of the Island. The cosy secluded cottage sleeps five in two bedrooms. There are many scenic countryside walks from your front door, heading out across footpaths and through National Trust land. It's a great place to watch wildlife and you might even spot a red squirrel.

Gotten Manor Estate can be found to the west and at the foot of St Catherines Down and below the Hoy Monument and the Pepper Pot. It is situated in an Isle of Wight National Landscape area and you will marvel at the landscape, rolling countryside and breathtaking coastline only a mile away. A 200-year-old stone barn has been converted into two serene self-catering cottages, The Milk House and the Right Cart House.

Built in 1769 as a two-storey building with hay stored above shire horses, Kemphill Barn has been lovingly converted into a beautiful holiday home. It still overlooks the original duck pond and commands wonderful views across the working farm. Right in the heart of the Island, you are perfectly positioned for walks and easy access to some of the best country pubs and attractions.

Middle Barn Farm is set in the heart of the Arreton Valley, close to the beautiful villages of Newchurch and Godshill. Here, you’ll discover two beautifully presented and charming countryside cottages, converted from the original milk parlour, each with its own unique rural charm.

Farringford Self-Catering Cottages are located within the grounds of Farringford Estate near Freshwater Bay. Farringford was the home of Alfred Lord Tennyson, Poet Laureate, from 1856 until his death in 1892. Farringford has recently undergone an extensive renovation program with the aim of restoring it to how it was when Tennyson lived at Farringford Estate. The stunning grounds and gardens reflect the times gone by with heritage planting, which guests can use during their stay.
