Gotten Manor Estate can be found to the west and at the foot of St Catherines Down and below the Hoy Monument and the Pepper Pot. It is situated in an Isle of Wight National Landscape (formerly known as Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty). There is landscape, rolling countryside and breath-taking coastline only a mile away and is ideal for walking.

A 200 year old stone barn situated on Gotton Manor Estate has been converted into two self catering cottages, The Milk House and the Right Cart House. The barn retains the open facade of the original building.

The Milk House (sleeps seven)
This delightful and very comfortable holiday home has three large bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has magnificent views across unspoiled countryside to Freshwater Bay. There are four bathrooms with en-suite facilities for three of the bedrooms. The open plan living room has views of the cliffs at Tennyson Down and the huge dining room / kitchen has picture windows. The kitchen provides every comfort imaginable, including a range with seven gas hobs.

Right Cart House (sleeps five)
This beautiful holiday home has two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other has three singles. The bathroom is downstairs and has a king size shower, hand basin and W.C. There is a huge open plan living/kitchen area with big, picture windows across the front.
