We have four beautifully restored barn conversions located within Moor farm, set in idyllic countryside only 1/2 mile from the picturesque village of Godshill.

Our well equipped self-catering cottages are designed to provide a home from home experience where you can enjoy a relaxed and comfortable stay. Our accommodation is family friendly and we work hard to deliver a safe and welcoming environment for all ages, providing games, toys, plastic tableware for children, highchairs, cots and stair gates.

We welcome every guest with fresh flowers and a collection of local treats, including a bar of organic soap from Blue Labelle Boutique and Island Roasted tea and coffee. We have built the cottages with a high level of energy efficiency and aim to minimise our impact on the environment by using eco cleaning products where possible and avoiding single use plastic.

Drop off to sleep in our comfortable beds made up with 100% cotton bedding. There is underfloor heating throughout the cottages and a wood burning stove in the sitting rooms to get cosy alongside if the weather turns chilly.

Enjoy the beautiful views that surround the farm from the comfort of your private garden which is equipped with table and chairs, a BBQ and a fire pit. We also provide the option to hire a hot tub during your stay, the perfect place to enjoy the glorious colours of the setting sun as you soak in your hot tub!

Although we are no longer a working farm, we do have chickens, ducks, quails, guinea fowl & pigs. Our fresh (and very local!) eggs are available from our small honesty shop on site.

Right on the doorstep you can enjoy stunning walks and cycle paths with the Red Squirrel bike trail running through the farm. This is a trail of 32 miles of mostly traffic-free cycling, taking in estuaries, woodland, farmland, downland, and a stretch of the Island’s fantastic coastline. You can walk or cycle the route which is teaming with wildlife and if you are lucky you will spot one of our local red squirrels!

Godshill is just a short walk away by footpath and has some wonderful restaurants, cafes and gift shops. Our central location means that the rest of the Island is never more than a 30 minute drive away, with our nearest beach, Shanklin, just 10 minutes down the road.
