Set in a stunning location at the foot of Shanklin Chine and right on the beach, Fisherman’s Cottage couldn't be much nearer the sea! This original thatched pub has a heritage dating back to 1817 and has long been a haunt of the fishermen who work these waters. Specialising in seafood, the daily specials board changes with the catch, providing only the freshest of dishes.
One of Island’s most iconic pubs, The Spyglass Inn hugs the end of Ventnor Beach and offers a great pub menu featuring fresh seafood. Besty and Spinkys
Overlooking Ventnor Haven Fishery and the harbour, Betsy and Spinkys provide a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Their menu features simple seafood dishes, from calamari to fresh fish of the day. You can even take away to sit on the sea wall for an even more stunning view.
The Crab Shed
Tucked away in the secluded and picturesque Steephill Cove, The Crab Shed is open seasonally only and is known for delicious pasties mackerel ciabattas. Accessible only by foot or by boat, this hidden gem is a real seafood lover's dream.
