Mulberry Cottage is a real little gem, secretly tucked away behind a walled garden in one of the most enviable positions in Cowes old town and conveniently moments the centre of town, the Red Jet, bars, restaurants, cafés and the Yacht Haven marina. Three bedrooms, sleeping up to six guests, 4 adults and two children, with the addition of a sofa bed enabling a fifth adult if required. This converted Georgian stable block and coach house has four floors and looks more like a traditional town house. Stunning coastal views can be seen from two of the bedrooms over Cowes, the mouth of the Medina and the Solent. Pretty patio and lawned garden, and off-road parking for one car.

Set over four floors, you enter via the side door on the ground floor with a perfect area for your coats and shoes, the family bathroom will be found on the right-hand side, with bath and separate shower. To your left you enter into the kitchen with a dining area for 4 adults, two more chairs can be found in the hall cupboard. The sitting / dining room for 6, is four steps down into the lower ground floor, with a smart TV and a double patio-doors and a side back door, that leads you out onto the patio garden area, with its superb views across Cowes Old Town and the Solent. Just a wonderful relaxing space to enjoy a refreshing drink after a day exploring the island, by land or sea. 

From the kitchen take the six narrow steps up to the first floor, with the twin bedroom with its wonderful sea views out over the Solent, you will also find a separate WC and basin. 

Continue up the main narrow staircase to the Master double bedroom with those amazing views, and children’s bunk bedroom. 

Outside there is a private patio area with table and chairs. You can use the lawned area in-front of your patio area down to the summer house. Please feel free to use the children’s toys inside.
