Blackberry Cottage is a superb four bed semi-detached Victorian family holiday home in the centre of Bembridge on the East Coast of the Isle of Wight.

Stylishly renovated combining contemporary and traditional furnishings to provide the perfect coastal holiday home for families and friends alike. Sleeping 6 Adults and 2 children, off road parking and an enclosed back garden. 

The ground floor boasts of having the spacious master super king double bedroom and a luxury family wet-room, with a large shower area, WC, basin and utility cupboard. The heart of Blackberry is the Scandinavian feel open plan living, with the dining area being in the centre of the house with a large pine dining table for 8, and conveniently located American fridge freezer. Here old meets new beautifully with traditional Victorian antique furnishing complementing the modern lines that flows throughout the ground floor living area. The contemporary streamlined fitted kitchen leads you into the wonderfully light and extremely comfortable sitting room situated at the rear of the property, with bi folding doors leading you out into the South facing garden, with decked patio area, seating for 6 and a long lawned garden. You will find a bbq and loungers and two extra folding chairs in the shed at the end of the garden. 

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one spacious twin room, one children’s bunk room and a double bedroom. There is second bathroom with a shower over the bath, basin and WC. Blackberry Cottage is family friendly and provides two stairgates, high chair and a travel cot on request.

Blackberry is a stone’s throw from the shops in the village, with a superb butcher, bakery, fishmongers, and green grocers, as well as a convenient co-op store, Boots the Chemist, and some wonderful restaurants, pubs and cafés. 

The beach is under a 10 minutes’ walk away. After an exciting day exploring the island, why not take a bbq picnic and watch the sun set; just one of the best ways to end your day.
