Give the gift of fermentation this Christmas and join The Garlic Farm for a festive fermented gift making workshop.

Taking place on Wednesday 11th December from 6-8.30pm in The Garlic Farm restaurant.

The workshop will include:

* An introduction to wild fermentation.
* Fermented food health benefits.
* Fermented food safety and storage.
* Suggested culinary uses for your ferments.
* 3 jars of delicious, fermented produce for you to give as Christmas gifts with festive labels.
* Tasters of fermented drinks and festive snacks.
