UKSA enjoys a 4-acre, waterfront location in Cowes on the sunny Isle of Wight and is the perfect location to use as a base camp or combine your residential stay with watersports and team building activities. 

Our campus provides everything you need on-site, with facilities including accommodation with 200+ residential beds, in-house catering, dining room, indoor heated swimming pool, full-sized sports hall, classrooms, Wi-fi, bar, pool table, dedicated children’s chill-out area, and CCTV perimeter fences and secure front gates.

With a range of accommodation open to arranged groups, students and clubs, every group size small or large can be catered for. Our recently opened new accommodation block contains self-contained 4 berth bunk en-suite rooms, wheelchair accessible bedrooms, study areas and meeting rooms. Additional blocks have dormitory-style 6/8 berth bunk rooms. All accommodation blocks have single and twin en-suite rooms available for leaders. B&B, half board or full board options are available. B&B includes breakfast served in UKSA’s onsite canteen. Full board includes three meals a day, with a packed lunch for when you’re on the move. 

Our location in Cowes provides the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Isle of Wight. Groups looking to enjoy the multi-activity residential visits UKSA are renowned for can learn to sail, stand up paddleboard, windsurf, kayak and more. Activities are tailored to your group’s desires, age and ability. Party leaders need no previous experience of water activities - our trained and qualified instructors take care of all activities afloat.

Cowes is widely regarded as being at the heart of sailing, and with good reason. The Isle of Wight is blessed with great weather and warm waters, with beaches and creeks facing in all directions it's no surprise people flock here.

UKSA are open all year apart from 2 weeks over the Christmas period.
