Wight Whisky is the first Isle of Wight whisky that is bursting with complexity and character.

Their first release, the Signature Malt Blend, has original Isle of Wight Single Malt whisky at its heart, which only uses barley farmed on the Island. It's brewed at Goddard's Brewery and the distilling process begins at New Farm within the Island's countryside. They use Wight Crystal water during the blending and bottling process, so when you enjoy their whisky, you're really savouring the essence of the Isle of Wight.
