Minghella are an Isle of Wight institution, having been making their artisan, Italian recipe ice cream on the Island for over 70 years.

Made using milk and cream from Isle of Wight cows, it is truly, madly, deeply delicious ice cream. Its reputation is unrivalled and is synonymous with tradition, quality and the Isle of Wight. Alongside traditional favourites sit the unique flavours of Crushed Walnuts and Maple Syrup, Black Cherries and Kirsch and Oriental Ginger and Honey.
