Pebble Beach is an attractive 3-bedroomed detached bungalow in the renowned coastal village of Bembridge, with its extensive beaches, characterful pubs, variety of restaurants and thriving high street including a chemist, butcher, fishmonger and greengrocer.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac opposite a lovely former farmhouse dairy, Pebble Beach has a private driveway for two cars, and is a three-minute walk to Bembridge’s beautiful sand and pebble beaches and the impressive Bembridge lifeboat station, and a five minute walk to local shops, a café and the Bembridge heritage centre. Pebble Beach is situated on the Isle of Wight Coastal Path, so there is easy access to a wide range of coastal and inland walks to suit both enthusiasts and beginners.

Inside the house, the focal point is the open plan kitchen and lounge/diner, with its sunny south-facing outlook. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped, with a fan oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, air fryer and microwave, plus a radio/smartphone dock and built-in speaker system. The lounge area is furnished with two large sofas, dining table, DVD player and a 48-inch smart TV. There is free wifi at Pebble Beach.

The three comfortable bedrooms all feature hypoallergenic pillows and quality cotton bedding. The main bedroom has a superking bed, while there are twin beds in the second bedroom and a large single bed in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have drawers and clothes-hanging facilities. 

There are two bathrooms - one with a bath, the other with a walk-in power shower. Both have shaver points and the use of an electric toothbrush charger. There is also a utility cupboard, featuring a washing machine, linen storage and supply of games and DVDs.

At the end of the hall, a set of patio doors leads out to a wooden deck, an attractive rear garden and a small sunny patio. There is plenty of outdoor seating and furniture, and outdoor lighting for sitting out on warm evenings! An external store provides extra chairs, beach furniture, games and space for bikes or any other large items you might bring with you.

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome at Pebble Beach!
