A boutique eco-retreat of just six architect designed, off grid Tiny Home cabins. Most sleep up to four.

Located near to Cowes, our purposefully Tiny enterprise sits in a natural meadow, adjacent to ancient woodland. This tranquil setting is perfectly placed to allow guests to completely relax and unwind in nature, whilst being just minutes from Cowes harbour town.

The ethos behind Tiny Homes Holidays is go green with style. Every aspect has been designed to tread lightly on the planet whilst offering our guests honest luxury and comfort.

Each of the six unique Tiny Homes has an individual feel, from seaside hues in Tiny Home EILIDH to the bold postmodern styling of Tiny Home KEITH (named for the architect!).

Staying in a Tiny Home does not mean you have dolls house sized amenities - all kitchens and bathrooms are kitted out with full size appliances.

Fluffy towels and pristine bedlinen along with quality soaps and cleaning products (refilled of course) plus a welcome of home made cakes, excellent tea and coffee supplies and fresh (often home grown) flowers await all our guests.

Also available onsite is a wonderful wood fired SPA consisting of a hot tub, sauna and Swedish shower - available as an add-on for guests exclusive use.

New for 2023 will be an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, hob and a wood fired Pizza Oven - this will be offered free of charge for guests booking three Tiny Homes or more.

Being a smaller site Tiny Homes Holidays lends itself very well for exclusive hire and we host all kinds of family groups, wellness retreats and Corporate getaways.

Cycling facilities - secure bike store that is covered with a proper stand and guests can lock their bikes. Outside tap with jet spray is available. Bike batteries can be recharged free in the studio.

Ferry discount - Red Jet discount with luggage transfer is available, Red Funnel ferry and Wightlink ferry discount is also available.

From East Cowes ferry, second exit at roundabout onto Well Road, turn right onto York Avenue and straight onto ferry road to the floating bridge to West Cowes, travel straight onto Medina Road, follow the road onto Mill Hill Road, Newport Road (A3020), 3rd exit at roundabout onto Three Gates Road, turn left onto Place Road to Northwood.

From Fishbourne ferry, B3339 (Fishbourne lane), A3054 to Newport, A3020 to Northwood/West Cowes.
