Strand House is very conveniently situated on the seafront in Ryde with superb waterfront views overlooking the Solent, and just across the Esplanade road from Ryde's beautiful sandy beach.

We have two beautifully appointed, well equipped and extremely comfortable apartments, each suitable for 4 (+2) guests and available for use for most of the year – The Garden Apartment on the ground floor with direct access to our lawned garden through patio doors, and The Crow's Nest - for those with a head for heights - with the most spectacular views over the Solent and surrounding region.

Both apartments have:

* 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two full-sized adult single beds).
* A comfortable lounge with colour TV, sofa/bed-settee (double), and double sofa.
* Open-plan kitchen with full-sized electric cooker, microwave oven and fridge.
* Dining area with table and chairs.
* Private bathroom (with bath).
* Central heating and hot water (inclusive).
* Bed linen (inclusive).
* Washing machine with incorporating a dryer.
* WiFi (inclusive).
* Use of the garden.
* Private off-street parking.
* Please note that both apartments are strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed

Strand House is a great spot for beach life and walking, with 6 miles of sandy beach and promenade along to Appley, Seaview and beyond. Lots of local amenities are less than 5 minutes walk (bowling, waterside swimming pool, mini-boating lake, yacht harbour) as well as Ryde's town facilities.

We are in a great location for foot-passengers to the Island or those who would prefer to leave the car behind occasionally; particularly in the evening as its so easy to stroll into town for the many cafes, excellent quality bars and restaurants.
