38 St Marys Road  is a mid terrace cottage, recently renovated to a very high standard. Ideal for family holidays, crew lets or a shore base for corporate sailing events. The cottage is in a prime location in the centre of West Cowes just 1 minutes walk from West Cowes's shops, pubs and restaurants and only 5 minutes walk from the fast cat ferry. 

 The cottage sleeps 6 people, two bedrooms one with twin beds and one with adult size bunkbed on the second floor, an additional room with twin beds on the third floor.  On the first floor is a cosy lounge sitting 6 people and an open plan fully fitted kitchen and dining area.  Beyond this is the large shower/ wet room, toilet and utility area. There is a small outside space accessed from the bathroom. Wi-Fi. TV. Fridge. Freezer. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Microwave. Iron and Ironing Board. Bed linen included. Towels included (not beach towels).Parking is available opposite in the public car park, Holiday permits are available. Open all year. Short break packages available.
