Family owned and operating since the 1960’s our quaint and peaceful holiday village is nestled in the countryside, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and the affluent seaside town of Seaview – highly regarded as one of the Islands most desired nautical retreats.

Offering luxury self-catering child and pet friendly accommodation our holiday village consists of 2 and 3 bedroom cottages and 4 bedroom houses. All properties have been modernised and are furnished to the highest standard, featuring an open plan dining area and lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, considered by our guests to be the home from home. Linen and towels are provided and the property is made up beautifully for your arrival with everything you need for a stress-free stay.

Each property is designed with a spacious private decking area ideal for family barbecues. Garden furniture is provided so meals and views can be enjoyed in the sunshine.

All properties are installed with high speed Wi-Fi with tailored packages available dependant on your length of stay.

Our exclusive on-site fully licensed café –Café Blue offers a selection of light snacks as well as hot and cold beverages. With a large terrace overlooking the Alan Hersey Nature Reserve it’s the perfect place to enjoy a drink, capture the sunset or observe an array of wildlife species in their natural habitat. Our attractively stocked shop located within our reception, stocks all the essentials you may need.

We have a fantastic team local to the island on hand to answer all your queries and recommend the most stunning viewpoints to watch the sun go down, the best beach to catch the waves and the tastiest restaurants to feast on local food.  We pride ourselves on welcoming returning guests year after year, many booking a year in advance.

Your four-legged friends are very welcome in all of our dog – friendly properties. Our team are able to recommend dog-friendly attractions, restaurants and beaches as well as day kennels should you require.
