Seaglass is a three bedroom period property in Bembridge; a charming seaside town within few minute’s drive to multiple local beaches, the local village and within walking distance of a local co-op, pubs and eateries, making it the perfect base to explore the IOW.
The house is approximately 8 minute walk to Bembridge Lane End Beach and the striking Bembridge lifeboat station. A 15 minute walk to Forelands beach, a real hidden gem at the most easterly point on the island which is a great spot for paddling, rock-pooling and fossil hunting. Only a 7 minute drive to the stunning blue flag standard Yaverland beach, which is known for its expansive golden sands.
The house benefits from a large driveway for off road parking, comfortably fitting two large cars.
The property has a large private garden with seating area comfortable for six; perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Buckets and spades are also available for use throughout your stay.
Inside, the house is newly furnished and decorated to a high standard. Downstairs there is a large open plan well equipped kitchen/dining area including a dishwasher, fridge freezer and wine cooler. The washing machine is situated in the utility room just outside the back door. There is also an easily accessible downstairs WC.
The lounge is a separate room with a very cosy family feel. It has comfortable seating for at least six people, smart TV, games and DVDs for some relaxing down-time.
Upstairs there are two stylishly presented master bedrooms with king-size beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The third bedroom is a kids room with a bunk bed, playfully decorated with a nautical theme. Travel cot is available on request.
The bathroom comprises of a WC, bath/shower and sink. Fluffy towels are provided for your stay.

Coastwatch Cottage was built around 1840 as the original coastguard's office and is now a newly refurbished two bedroom cosy period cottage less than a minute walk to Forelands beach; a real hidden gem at the most easterly point on the island which is a great spot for paddling, rock-pooling and fossil hunting.
Located in charming Bembridge, it’s ideally positioned by the beach as well as a short walk away from Bembridge Village, a local co-op, pubs and eateries, making it the perfect base for couples and family holidays on the Isle of Wight.

The property has a private courtyard garden with seating area comfortable for four; perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Buckets and spades are also available for use throughout your stay.
Once inside, the cottage is furnished and decorated to a high standard throughout. Downstairs is an open plan lounge with a modern well equipped kitchen/diner, including a dishwasher, washing machine and under floor heating.
