Pinkmead Estate & Vineyard is an incredibly unique holiday residency and one of a kind in terms of boutique self catering.

We believe we offer something completely different and include all the mod cons at your fingertips whilst set in total solitude. Set within 24 acres of uninterrupted waterfront views the estate host a helipad, jetty and track access there is no method of transport too outrageous, the entire estate is exclusive to guests in residence.

We have partnered with the island's finest purveyors of hampers, platters and flowers and with every residency guests receive our welcome goody bag with our exclusive estate gin made with botanicals from the estate.

The residency also includes in house skin care products, a projector, state of the art sound system, a golf buggy, 4 Pendleton bikes, paddle boards and canoe all yours to use whilst in residence we don't think you'll be bored.

We are incredibly dog friendly and your furry companions have complete run of the estate including foraging in the vineyard.
