First floor: 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with king-size bed which can be made into a twin on request. Bedroom 2 is made up as a twin but can be made as a super-king on request. Bedroom 3 has a double size bed. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Devonia Cottage has a sister Grove Cottage and they are both situated in the delightful village of Newchurch, these detached holiday homes offer ideal family accommodation, each peacefully located with an enclosed garden. They lie in the charming village of Newchurch, surrounded by countryside, an area of Isle of Wight National Landscape (formerly known as Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) with plenty of walks and cycle and nature trails. Wildlife such as the famous red squirrel, various birds and other wildlife can be seen. Nearby is Amazon World Zoo Park. Discover the Garlic Farm and Arreton Barns, or further afield is the picturesque Godshill with model village gift shop and tea rooms. Within a 5-minute drive, visit the popular tourist resort of Sandown, with seaside entertainment including amusements, putting, crazy golf, pier leisure centre and waterside dining in one of the many restaurants and cafés. Shanklin is also within easy reach, with the magical Chine, and quaint thatched roofed tea rooms, houses and shops. There is so much to do on this sunny island, plenty of National Trust homes and gardens including Osborne House, Queen Victoria’s former holiday abode, Carisbrooke Castle, donkey sanctuary, glass making, dinosaur park and various museums. Many outdoor pursuits can be enjoyed on the island, including excellent scenic walks along miles of Heritage coastline, sailing, fishing, hang gliding, surfing, golf, cycling, riding and crabbing. Groves Cottage and Devonia are adjacent and can be booked together to accommodate up to 16 guests. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
