Boat House is a pretty, spacious Victorian holiday cottage sleeping 4 people in 1 double & 1 twin room in the heart of Cowes just a few minutes walk from Cowes High Street & the harbour. The High Street has lots to offer including lots of independent shops/restaurants & bars. There is also a fabulous butcher,  fishmonger & greengrocer if you want to cook at ‘home’. There is an M&S Food store around 200 yards away and a Sainsbury supermarket a short walk away.

The Redjet to/from Southampton is around a 2 minute walk away or we’re a 10 minute drive from the Southampton to East Cowes vehicle & passenger ferry.

The cottage is a lovely, relaxing base for year round breaks whether you’re sailing, walking, cycling or enjoying a family holiday & making the most of the fabulous Cowes eateries & pubs or discovering the rest of the beautiful, friendly Isle of Wight. Nothing is very far away on the island!

Downstairs there is an open plan lounge/dining area with 2 sofas, a dining table seating 4 people, wifi, TV, bluetooth speaker, radio and door to the well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster. The back door leads to the enclosed courtyard garden, perfect for al fresco eating or a sharing a bottle of wine. 

From the dining area there are stairs leading to the first floor where you’ll find the double bedroom with a comfy/snuggly new mattress, wardrobe & chest of drawers and bathroom with toilet, sink & bath with overhead shower. 

From here, there are stairs to the 2nd floor with twin beds and a skylight window.
