Road Directions

From the East Cowes ferry terminal go across mini-roundabout and pass the Post Office on your right hand side.
Follow the road round to the left and start to climb York Avenue.
Take the third turning on your left – New Barn Road -and then turn right immediately through the gap in the silver bollards and through the white gate into our driveway.

From Fishbourne ferry terminal turn right onto Fishbourne Lane B3331 signposted All Traffic
At traffic signals take right hand lane and turn right onto A3054 signposted Newport
Continue along A3054 entering Wootton Bridge
At traffic signals go straight across and up Lushington Hill on A3054 signposted East Cowes.
At roundabout take right hand lane and the 2nd exit (Whippingham Rd) signposted East Cowes A3021
Continue through Whippingham , passing Whippingham School on your left and forward onto York Avenue A3021 entering East Cowes
Go past Prince of Wales Public House on your left and entrance to Osborne House on your right
Postbox on your right – turn immediately right by post box into New Barn Rd and then turn through the gap in the silver bollards into the hotel entrance.

From Yarmouth Ferry Terminal. Upon leaving the ferry at the mini-roundabout go straight ahead onto the A3054 signposted NEWPORT
Pass the Horse and Groom public house at Ningwood
Traffic lights at The New Inn , Shalfleet – go straight ahead
Traffic lights along the Forest Road , keep in the left hand lane and go straight across
Continue along the A3054 entering Newport
As you approach the next (St Marys) roundabout keep in the right hand lane , indicate right and take the 3rd exit onto Medina Way (A3020) signposted Town Centre.
Keep in the left hand lane on the dual carriageway and turn left via a left hand filter lane onto the A3054 signposted Ryde.
Bear left onto the A3054 at traffic lights signposted Ryde and East Cowes.
At next roundabout get in left hand lane , indicate left and take 1st exit to Whippingham signposted (A3021) East Cowes.
Continue along A3021 passing Whippingham School on the left
Pass The Prince of Wales Public House on your left and the entrance to Osborne House on your right
You will see a post box on your right , turn immediately right into New Barn Road and immediately right through the gap in the silver bollards and into the hotel entrance .

Public Transport Directions

From West Cowes Red Jet Hi-speed ferry, go through High Street (pass Fountain pub on the left), Shooters Hill, Birmingham Road, Medina Road to the floating bridge to East Cowes and then go straight ahead off the floating bridge , cross over the pedestrian crossing and up York Avenue and take the third turning on the left into New Barn Road and turn right through the silver bollards into the hotel driveway(walking instructions)
No 4 bus operates from the town and ask for the bus stop nearest to the hotel.
From Ryde Catamaran/Hovertravel: No. 4 bus route to East Cowes.(The stop past Osborne House)
From Yarmouth ferry: No. 7 to Newport and change to No. 5 to East Cowes.(Ask for Osborne House stop and then walk 400 yards and take the next right turn into New Barn Road0
