This utterly fabulous three bed, two-bath, exceptionally loved beachside family holiday home, suitable for 6 guests is located in the coastal development of Solent Landing in Bembridge on the East coast of the island. Extremely spacious and light with superb coastal views from all floors. Communal landscaped gardens lead you down to the beach and Bembridge harbour. Bembridge sailing club, the Pilot Boat Inn and the Tollgate Café are incredibly handy, just being a couple of minutes walks away. The Village with its butchers, bakers, greengrocers and fishmongers, boutique shops, cafés and restaurants are all within an easy walking distance as well.

16 Solent Landing is a four-floor turret style holiday home, offering masses of space for the whole family, with a useful utility and cloakroom area on the lower ground floor with access through the garage area. Seven steps takes’ you up into the fantastic open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area one, with smart TV, and stable front door. The first floor has an impressive and spacious and light sitting room, with stunning views out across the mouth of the harbour and the Solent with enough seating for everybody to relax and enjoy some invaluable family time together.

On the half landing or second floor is the zip link large twin bedroom, then up another seven steps to the third floor, is the family bathroom and the glorious master bedroom with its emperor king bed and en-suit shower. The fourth floor is the children’s twin bedroom with sink and Velux cabrio balcony, this twin room is only suitable for 1 adult, with the second twin bed being a childs bed.

Outside there is a private decked area with seating, an immaculate communal lawned garden and picnic area that takes you all the way to the beach, and parking for one car, there is visitors parking, on a first come first served basis.
