Willow Weaving Workshop with Wyldwood Willow

We are delighted to announce that we will be hosting a three-day weaving workshop at The Garlic Farm this March. Join expert willow weaver Amanda Rayner of Wyldwood Willow for this 'Weave What You Want' Workshop.

You will be using willow harvested from our WETland system at The Garlic Farm!

Amanda says:

''On this three-day intensive course, you not only choose what to make but see what everyone else is doing too. This gives the opportunity to gain many skills and much know-how from my 25 years of knowledge and skills.

It is possible to weave shopping baskets, backpacks with leather straps, foraging baskets, handbags, bike baskets, picnic hampers, pet baskets, Alibaba's, lampshades, sculptures, and anything else that you have had a desire to weave but never got around to. Or simply use this course to advance and brush up on your weaving skills.

Please wear working clothes for this hands-on workshop.''
