In the heart of Ventnor only a few yards from the sea you’ll find The Bistro.

See, hear and smell what’s going on in the open kitchen serving traditional bistro style dishes. For the best possible experience for our diners, The Bistro sources all its ingredients locally; many of the vegetables come from the garden. Complimentary water from Ventnor Springs and our own bread which is baked daily is served on arrival.
