• Outdoor eating area - Each canvas lodge has an outdoor dining table and benches. In addition the fire pit has large log seating. We also provide deckchairs.

Leisure Facilities

• Arrangements for riding/pony trekking - Hill Farm Riding Stables is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute car ride. They offer hacking and trekking across the West Wight for all ages and abilities.
• Cycle Hire - There are 2 cycle hire shops within a short drive or walk. Adrians Bikeshop, Freshwater Off the Rails Cycle Hire, Yarmouth
• Eating Out Within Walking Distance
• Garden games - We have a Lending Shed where guests are welcome to borrow cricket sets, footballs, other outdoor games and crabbing lines etc.
• Golf Course close by
• Swimming Pool close by - West Wight Sports Centre is a 5 minute drive or bus ride and offers many childrens activities during the school holidays.
• Water sports facilities - We offer direct access to the River Yar Estuary for kayaking and paddle boarding. There is also organised paddleboarding at Freshwater Bay and Colwell Bay - both withing 5 minute drive.

• On site parking - Free private parking Guests have exclusive use of our private car park which is 300 yards along our private track from the safari tents themselves. We do not allow vehicles onto the glampsite but there is a lay-by at the entrance gate for dropping off and loading up. Secure cycle parking and dedicated standpipe.
• Secure cycle parking - All our lodges have cycle racks attached to them.

• Countryside Setting - We are located in an AONB and SSSI. Views over the countryside to the river and beyond to the Downs.
• Farm - We are situated on a working farm, often horses, donkeys and sheep can be seen within fields overlooking the beautiful River Yar. No farm tours or similar.

• King sized bed some rooms - One king sized bed per lodge, one twin and one adult bunk room.
• No Smoking in Unit - Our lodges are made of canvas and wood on a wooden deck. We do not allow naked flames or smoking.

• Safe in unit - There is one safe located in the main living area.
• Tea and coffee making in unit - We supply a kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and milk on arrival to get you started.
• Three bedrooms - One King sized bed. One twin room. One adult sized bunkbed room with long mattresses and extra head-height. Also, double sofa bed available in living area.
