Beautiful Seaside Holiday Home located on the door step of Ventnor and Bonchurch.

Contemporary interior and comfortably furnished this bright airy family home is beautiful and full of character. It is in a quiet street, perfectly located offering lovely views of St Boniface Downs on one side and Sea views on the other, just 7 mins walk to the seafront and a short 15 minute stroll/walk to the beach, there are plenty of stunning coastal & cliff tops walks, town centre and other attractions.

There is a drive way offering parking for one car and a second car could park across the parking bay at the end of the drive.

The house is centrally heated and offers a large, very well equipped Kitchen, including a range oven,  air fryer, coffee making machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a washing machine in the Utility room and leading off the utility room is a downstairs Shower and WC. Just off the kitchen there is large dining room with seating for up to 8 people around the farm house style table as well as a high chair for babies. There are French Doors  leading to a paved patio. Equipped with a TV with a freesat box with122 channels. The large lounge is at the front of the house with another TV with freest and two large settees.

There is a large dormer at the top of the house with 2 single beds. The master bedroom is at the front of the house on the 1st floor where you will find a super kingsize bed, there are two further double bedrooms one with a double bed and the second with bunk beds. There is a travel cot for babies.
The large 'Jack & Jill' family bathroom on the 1st floor has a shower and bath, accessed through either the double bedroom or bunk bed room.
At the back of the house there is a paved patio area accessed by 3 steps, here you will find a large table with seating for 8, there is also a BBQ.
