About

The Hambrough Restaurant with Rooms is one of the Island's must-visit spots. Perched high above the fishing harbour in Ventnor it has views to die for and offers seven gorgeous bedrooms, some with stunning balconies with that same magnificent view. The accommodation has been awarded 5 AA Gold Stars several years in a row and the breakfasts are legendary. The bedrooms feature comfy beds, flat screen TV with Freesat, DVD player, Illy coffee machine, mini bar and en-suite bathroom with lovely Molton Brown smellies.

You don’t have to be a resident to sample The Hambrough Restaurant’s amazing food. Reservations are recommended as we are expecting an exceptionally busy season ahead!

The cosy Bar, with that same stunning view, is open from 11.00am daily where you can have teas and coffees, sample numerous wines by the glass or try some of the tempting delicious cocktails (note - well behaved doggies are welcome in the Bar). With 24 hours notice you can also try one of the Indulgent Afternoon Teas, maybe accompanied by a refreshing glass of fizz.

Tucked away to the rear of the property there is a lovely Garden Room which is available for private parties and functions, and also the Secret Garden. Here, on sunny summer days, you can have lunch or just while away the afternoon with a glass of wine or a cocktail or two!

The Restaurant is open on the following days :-

Lunch - Wednesday to Saturday.
Dinner - Tuesday to Saturday.
Bar open daily from 11am till late.
