Starboard House boasts a fantastic location in the town centre of Ventnor - with the added benefit of off-street parking for one car and sea views.

The owners have created a home from home with many personal touches.  The house is perfect for couples, walkers, friends, and small families.

The property includes a front room, fully stocked kitchen, and downstairs toilet.

Upstairs there is a bathroom, a king-sized main bedroom with far reaching sea views and a 2nd bedroom with a single bed (There is also a pull-out trundle bed, suitable for a child within the 2nd room).

When it comes to Outside Space, Starboard House excels.

There is balcony at the front of the house, overlooking the town and out to sea.  Perfect for people watching and an afternoon cup of tea.

There is a garden to the rear with a seating area for your alfresco meals and glass of wine.

For the brave amongst you, there is a Secret Lookout at the very top of the garden - a summer house set amongst the trees providing the most amazing views out to sea and across the whole of Ventnor.  Due to its height and also because of the climb up there, we do not recommend it is used by anyone with mobility issues or children under the age of 6.

The Beach and Esplanade is a 5-minute walk away from Starboard House – slightly longer coming back as it’s all up hill!  On a positive note, you are greeted with the island’s top ice cream parlour, so those extra calories burnt walking back can be offset with a treat.

Starboard House has 30 steps up to the front door (after the ice cream).  There are a lot of steps in the garden too and Ventnor itself is hilly.  Please be aware should you have any mobility issues.
