Delightful Ventnor property in a prime enjoying stunning south facing elevated views over the English Channel.

The house comprises of 3 architect designed apartments fitted out to a high standard comprising of two 4 person apartments and one 2 person studio. The apartments are conveniently located for all town centre amenities.

Today Royal Marine House offers a year round destination, benefiting from Ventnor's unique sunny micro climate. It is an ideal base to explore the island or a vantage point to chill out and watch the ever changing seascape whatever the time of year. The town centre is a short level walk away and a choice of pubs, restaurants and shops are within easy distance. The beach is a short stroll from the house and the sea can usually be heard lapping the beach from the property.

All apartments include:
* Open plan lounge, dining, kitchen with spectacular sea views

* Double bedroom facing the sea
* All linen including bedding is provided except beach towels
* Full gas central heating

Ground and First floor apartments also comprise of:
* Parking space at the rear of the property (not Studio)

* The ground floor apartment has its own entrance from the front via the sunny south facing terrace complete with patio furniture
* The first floor apartment lounge has elevated sea views from both large windows

The Studio Apartment has a roof balcony with spectacular sea views.
