The Lakes Rookley is set in 23 acres of beautifully manicured parkland in the heart of the Isle of Wight and makes for the perfect leafy lakeside hideaway. Any day arrivals mean you can book any holiday with the arrival day of your choice and check-out on any day of the week! The flexibility of this offer makes it easier for you to plan a break that suits you and your family.

Facilities include and indoor and outdoor pool, adventure playground, an onsite bar and eatery, entertainment lounge with acts during the school holidays, water sports lake and a range of brilliant activities to enjoy, there’s so much to get stuck into.

There are many ways to stay at The Lakes Rookley, you’ll be spoilt for choice. Classic, comfortable caravans, cottages and hot tub holidays – there is something to suit all family sizes and all budgets. The Lakehouses include cosy log burners, bi-fold doors and outdoor decking overlooking the lake. The premium cottages can sleep four to six guests and provide a luxurious base to explore with stylish open plan living areas. There is an accessible caravan and an accessible cottage; they have wet rooms in them and a ramp to access them. Please note that hot tubs may not be situated on the decking area and may be located off the decking beside the accommodation.

Many cottages and caravans have their own private outdoor hot tubs giving that touch to make your holiday extra special. Popular year round, you can relax in the bubbles on a summers evening or enjoy being outdoors in the snow in the heart of winter.

Prices include fully equipped accommodation, gas and electricity, use of on-park facilities and evening entertainment (May – October).
