Rookley Farm Lodge is an attractive stone building with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, dining room, large conservatory, well-equipped kitchen, and large sitting room opening onto outdoor dining area; it has central heating throughout and is available for holiday rental throughout he year. 

The house is situated across the former farmyard from the attractive and historic Rookley Farm House.

The Lodge, which sleeps ten people, has an acre of garden giving onto fields grazed by sheep and spectacular views in a designated Isle of Wight National Landscape (formerly known as Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and site of Special Scientific Interest. The River Medina (a stream at this point) passes one field away from the Lodge. The Lodge lies half a mile off the road between Rookley and Niton in a quiet, rural location of exceptional beauty, ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers, or anyone seeking a holiday in unspoilt English countryside, whilst giving easy access to all points of the Isle of Wight. There is an Outdoor swimming pool, which is (shared with owners of Rookley Farm House) when they are in residence and the use of the new tennis court. Outdoor dining area with barbecue and patio heater. Well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). No smoking within the house.

Child friendly local pub the Chequers Inn within 10 minutes walk. Peaceful, away-from-it-all location, but only 5 minutes drive from an excellent organic supermarket (Godshill Organics) and the supermarket in Rookley village; and 10 minutes drive from the county town, Newport.

Riding stables and cycle hire are only a short distance. The Lodge is located at the junction of several foot/bridle paths from which the lanes and fields of this quiet and beautiful area can be explored.
