Noise and Nuisance: No large parties are permitted and, to avoid disturbing the peace of the others, music shouldn’t be played outdoors in the garden or on our balcony. Also, indoors, please keep music at a considerate level that doesn’t disturb the neighbours. If you are having a social gathering, please move indoors by 10:00 p.m. and keep noise to a minimum when other residents are likely to be in bed. Please note that there is a no-smoking policy in the house
Dogs:
Well-behaved dogs are welcome but your dog should not roam free in the car park or on the front lawn. This is to avoid nuisance to those who are not dog-lovers and to avoid fouling in areas where people walk and children play. Please don’t allow your dog on sofas or the beds. There has to be an additional charge if heavy cleaning is required following your stay.
Housekeeping:
The housekeeper will have the house ready for you by 4:00 p.m. Please don't arrive before then because she will be doing a thorough Covid-safe clean of the house, making the beds etc.
Similarly it is essential that you vacate the property by 10 a.m. so that the housekeeper has enough time to prepare the house for the next visitors.
