Greystone Cottage is a much sought after beachside property within walking distance to Compton Bay. The cottage is set within an Isle of Wight National Landscape (formerly known as Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and has panoramic views of the sea and downs.

This delightfully restored 19th century farmhouse is bright and airy. The large open plan living and dining area has generous seating and double doors lead out to a south facing patio with garden furniture. The kitchen is fully fitted with two electric ovens and an induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

This cottage is perfect for walkers and cyclists – the large entrance lobby can be used to safely store bicycles and the ground floor wet room is perfect for washing all the sand off when you return from a day on the beach!

On the ground floor there is also a snug that has two single beds for both adults or children. The beds will be arranged as a comfortable sofa for day and can be made up as single beds by request in advance (for an extra £15 per person). Upstairs the gorgeous master bedroom has views of the coast from the bay window. A twin room (with 2 beds), a small double room (with sea view) and a family bathroom complete the first floor.

The large private lawned garden provides lots of space to play and relax. There is car parking for up to 3 cars on the front drive. Bicycles can be safely stored in the entrance lobby.

The No.12 Southern Vectis bus and hamlet of Brook are close by and The Sun Inn pub is a 20 minute walk through the fields to Hulverstone. The villages of Freshwater and Brighstone are a 10 minute drive with a range of shops, pubs and takeaways.
