Situated on the outer edge of the Village of Chale, with stunning countryside neighbouring views. The cottage is located at the end of a quiet beaten lane. There is a gated entrance at the front with room for two cars to park. A traditional cottage, the two bedrooms are located upstairs, with a queen and two single beds. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are on the ground floor. A charming cottage, with a large private garden and views of the neighbouring fields. Positioned in the south of the island.

A walker’s dream, the property has doorstep country and coastal paths with stunning panoramic views. A popular walk is St Catherines Down which reaches 240m at its highest point.

Located 1.8 miles from Blackgang Chine, a fun day out for all the family. Blackgang chine is the oldest amusement park in the UK.

Military road is a brief drive and has some of the most spectacular views

All the main tourist attractions can be reached within half an hour.

The local food shop is the co-op which is a short drive away in Rookley.

The local pub is the White Mouse inn which is 1.5 miles away. It is family friendly with an outdoor play area. The food is delicious and it has the most breath-taking untouched sea views.  

There are lots of beaches to visit, head to Compton Bay aka dinosaur beach! Two miles of golden and dark sands, you may be lucky enough to find a fossil.

Freshwater bay is a shingle with sand. Smugglers once used the surrounding caves at the bottom of the chalk cliffs.
