Chilton Farm Cottages

Chilton Farm has eight cottages on a family working farm located in beautiful countryside and only half a mile from the sea.

The cottages that have 3 - 4 stars grading are in a courtyard setting, converted from Island stone stables. All cottages have their own patio area and there is plenty of outdoor space for the children to play.

For those looking for peace and quiet there is plenty of space to feel relaxed. There are also two tennis courts for the energetic and a small lake / large pond for coarse fishing.

The cottages sleep from two to eight people containing between one and three bedrooms. All the master bedrooms have en-suite facilities. Each cottage has garden furniture outside and there is a nearby BBQ area. 

Appletree Cottage (3 stars) - sleeps up to eight with three bedrooms (one family room, one double room and one twin room). It has a shower, a bath, lounge and kitchen. 

Beech Cottage (3 stars) - sleeps up to eight with three bedrooms (one family, one double room and one twin room). It has a shower, a bath, lounge and kitchen. 

Cherry Cottage (3 stars) - sleeps up to seven with three bedrooms (one double room, one twin room, one bunk and one single). It has two bathrooms, lounge and kitchen.  

Damson Cottage (3 stars) - sleeps two to four with one bedroom (double bed and bunk beds). It has one bathroom, lounge and kitchenette. 

Elm Cottage (3 stars) - sleeps up to five with two bedrooms (master bedroom with en-suite shower with double and single). Second bedroom has two single beds. It has a large lounge and kitchen. 

Frostedthorn Cottage (3 stars) - sleeps two with one bedroom with two single beds. It has one bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Frostedthorn and Golden Rain Cottages are available as one cottage also. 

Golden Rain Cottage (3 stars) - sleeps two with one bedroom with one double room. It has one bathroom, lounge and kitchenette. Frostedthorn and Golden Rain Cottages are available as one cottage also. 

Hazel Cottage (4 stars) - sleeps up to five with two bedrooms (master bedroom with en-suite shower with double and single), second bedroom has an en-suite shower with two single beds. It has a lounge and kitchen.

* Special rates with Isle of Wight ferries. 

* Babysitting can be arranged. 

On your arrival you will find a small welcome pack awaiting, beds made and towels in the bathroom.
