Appuldurcombe Gardens Holiday Park offers a selection of self-catering accommodation

varying from static caravans, apartments & lodges.

The static caravans are various sizes with 2 or 3 bedrooms. They are situated within an old walled orchard designed by the famous architect Capability Brown ( this area is 'traffic free' ) - parking is allocated on the main car park adjoining this area - trollies are provided to take your luggage to the caravans. For more information on the static caravans please click here.

Folly East & Folly West Apartments:

Both apartments are located above The Core Café with views of the outdoor swimming pool, and are accessed via an external flight of stairs.  

* Central heating and are fully equipped. 
* 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. 
* Shower room with toilet and basin. There is also a separate toilet.  
* Kitchens in both apartments is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. 
* The lounge (which has an external balcony) and dining area are spacious with an open plan design and have a flat screen TV with Freeview.  

( Bedding is provided – towels are not )

The Orchard Lodge:

The Orchard Lodge is situated within the Old walled orchard alongside the static caravans ( it has its own parking space )  (please see the static plan for its location)  

* Central heating and fully equipped. 
* 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. 
* Bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin and toilet. 
* Lounge is open plan for easy access which includes a flat screen TV and Freeview. 
* Dining area and kitchen is located within the lounge open plan area. 
* Kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, cooker, toaster and kettle. There are utensils and crockery available. 
* Level pathways surround the lodge for easy access.

The Wisteria Lodge:

Wisteria Lodge is situated adjacent to the pool area. ( with its own parking space )

* 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite jacuzzi bath, toilet and separate shower.
* Bedding and towels are provided.
* Separate shower room with basin and toilet. 
* The lounge and dining area are open plan and has a 40" flat screen TV with Freeview. 
* The contemporary style kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
* Outside seating area. 
* Central heating and double glazed. 
* Non-smoking accommodation. 

The Holiday Park also has touring and camping facilities and these are located within the sheltered grassland with upland views of the Stenbury Downs. There are a selection of grass serviced pitches and all are marked and easily accessible by hard road access. A tranquil meadow area is adjacent which provides hardstanding plus water pitches and also Super hardstanding pitches. The toilet block is very light with modern washing facilities complete with spacious showers, separate washing area, hand and hair dryers. An access friendly shower room is located within the same complex and has a shower, toilet with grab rail and low level wash basin. (Your own radar key is required to access this room). The Access friendly shower room is located on the main camping field within the main toilet block.
There is a laundry room with coin - operated washing machines, dryers and irons.

A free ice pack facility is located behind the main reception.

If you want a break from the Island’s many beaches, but still want to make a splash, there is a large sheltered outdoor heated swimming pool that is overlooked by The Core Complex. Pool is open from 26th May - 9th September 2023 (after this date the pool can still be used until the end of September but it won't be heated).

The Core Complex has a licensed cafe with adjoining lounge area which offers refreshments and light snacks. The Core Complex will open from May to mid September.  

The Laundry room that has washing machines, driers and irons (which are coin operated) this is open from May to October. 

There is also a children’s play park and a miniature 4 hole crazy golf that is open from May to October. 

Free Freezer pack facility is available.

Wi-Fi is free of charge within designated areas around the park.  

*Please Note: Our facilities will not be open before May or after mid September.*

**Under the ever changing Covid regulations the opening of the above facilities might alter during the course of the year or may even have to close at short notice.**
