Late night sailings with Wightlink

Head over to Ryde on Wightlink’s FastCat for a spot of Christmas shopping. From the Christmas Imaginarium, home to everything you need for some festive gift-giving, to independent boutiques such as Sip & Smoke, a unique cigar and whiskey shop.

If you travel out from Portsmouth Harbour after midday and return the same day, you can benefit from Wightlink’s Afternoon Flyer deal, with tickets for just £21.80 for an adult. If you’re travelling out during the Christmas school holidays, you can even take your kids along for free!

Hover into the festive season

Immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere and discover the charming small shops, eateries, and Christmas decorations right within walking distance of the hoverport. Enjoy the Merry & Bright lantern parade on Friday 6th December, from 5pm, followed by captivating performances throughout the night. Hovertravel flights will be departing from Ryde until 7:30 pm, ensuring a swift return home in under 10 minutes, making it the quickest ferry route available across the Solent.
