About

The Red Lion is a traditional country pub featuring original flagstone floor & open fire. It is located in a quiet, rural corner of Freshwater close to the Causeway making it an ideal venue for cyclists and walkers. Our food is freshly prepared using as much local produce as possible & includes a specials board which changes regularly. We also have an extensive wine list & four real ales.

The pub is open seven days a week from 11am-11pm (10.30pm on Sundays) and the kitchen serves food 12-2.30pm & 6-9pm every day.

The pub has a garden which features our own allotment and our produce is used by our kitchen team. We are a dog friendly venue & welcome muddy boots, walkers & cyclists. We have wifi which is available to customers upon request.
