This tranquil self-catering holiday home provides ample space with its 100+ square metres and comprises 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which feature en suite showers, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests and a baby.

The property also offers off-road parking for up to 3 cars, WiFi, and TVs in all rooms. A free cot and high chair can be provided upon request, ensuring a comfortable stay for families with young children.

The living area boasts a large, open plan layout, providing ample space that is both bright and airy.

The well-equipped kitchen features an American-style fridge/freezer complete with an ice maker and cold water dispenser, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and wine cooler, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay with all the necessary amenities.

The lounge area offers a reclining leather suite, a 49" Freeview and Freesat TV, and a DVD player.

The terraced patio provides an extension of the living space, as well as stunning views.

Bedrooms

The property's attention to detail extends to the bedrooms, where 100% cotton bedding, towels, bathrobes, and flip-flops are provided to add a touch of luxury to your holiday or short break.

The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom, a king-size bed, a 32" Freeview TV, and French doors leading to a patio offering beautiful views of the landscape garden and sea.

Bedroom two also features an en-suite bathroom, twin beds that can be converted into a super king double, a 32" Freeview TV, and French doors leading to the patio with similar views.

Bedroom three comprises twin beds that can also be converted into a super king double, a 32" Freeview TV, and a door leading to a terrace.

The family bathroom features a spa bath and a walk-in shower.

The Garden

Indulge in a memorable holiday experience in our 80-metre landscape garden, which extends towards the cliff edge, providing breath-taking views. You can unwind and relax in your own private hot tub, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in a truly luxurious experience.

At the far end of the garden, you'll discover a patio area, furnished with tables, chairs, and sun loungers, allowing you to spend quality time with your family while taking in the stunning views.
